The band are delighted to announce that we are Welsh Open Brass Band Entertainment Championship Champions once again! This makes a hat-trick of Welsh Open titles following our 2018 and 2019 wins, and four wins in five years. Furthermore, our solo euphonium player Anthony Smith was deservedly awarded the Best Soloist prize for his performance of Philip Sparke's 'Blue Heart'. A big thank you to our conductor Lewis Wilkinson Music and all the players for their hard work ! Congratulations also to the other prizewinners and bands throughout the day.

It is important that we are able to use these programs. Well, I am not saying that it is going to be easy, but believe me, it is better if we can do it more often. I mean, if you just practice, then I assure you, you will get better at it. Practicing it is the only way for you to get better, that is what I believe, and trust me, that is what is important in this life of ours.
